In 1986, Bob Chiesa, owner of Custom Benefits Insurance Group, launched his career. He did so with one goal in mind; to provide a total service package for small to mid-size companies. As the years have passed, Bob Chiesa and Custom Benefits have evolved into one of the main forces in the health and benefits insurance market. From appearing in Blue Cross Blue Shield TV commercials and serving on one of their agent advisory councils, to being interviewed on WJR radio and quoted numerous times in the Crain’s Detroit magazine, Bob has earned the respect of the insurance industry.
Bob and Custom Benefits utilize this respect and knowledge to offer the entire spectrum of insurance programs. Because they represent the majority of insurance companies, they are able to find the benefit plan design and carrier to best suit their clients’ specific needs and goals.
